here is all the information you need to enjoy WE BRING THE SUN.

1) buses.

we will be leaving from and returning to the MGM Grand Convention Center.  you know where you go when you want to walk from the one convention hall to the next and you have to go outside to do that.  right there outside is where the buses will be. they will depart at 5:30 am SHARP, and our goal is to return by 8:00 am. you will need your tickets to board the buses. so please do not forget them.

2) coffee.

we had originally intended to do a diner breakfast and provide coffee there, but it turns out only about half of the we bring the sun'ers are staying up all night with us. so in an effort to make sure everyone is caffeinated, we're going to be providing coffee at the concert itself. however, because we want to have as little impact on the desert as possible, this a BYOCCS, bring your own cup coffee station.

and to make this even more fun, we created a contest. to the person who brings the most amazing coffee cup to the desert we win a free $99 WE music license. GET CREATIVE!

3) washrooms.

this is important. there will only be 4 washrooms present at the desert, and they're on the buses, so please, if you have a tiny bladder, make sure to go before you leave.

4) bands.

both kelli and the ravishers will be at the WE booth (#1375) on tuesday afternoon. so if you attend the show, realize how amazing they are, and then want them to sign your arm, there will be time to do that at the tradeshow. we do need to breakdown the concert as quickly as possible after the show, and there will not be any time to meet the bands then.

5) wind.

we're going to the desert at 6am. it may be windy and slightly chilly. please dress appropriately. we will have blankets on site for those who need a little extra warmth.

6) THIS IS GOING TO BE AMAZING.
